📦 Returns:

    Returns are accepted only if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

💰 Refunds:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method.
  • For digital products (downloads, PDFs, audio, etc.), no refunds will be issued once the product is delivered, unless there is a technical error on our side.

  • Opened or used CDs/books
  • Items not in their original condition or damaged due to customer misuse
